All Inclusive Hosting
A typical website host will cost about $25 per month and you are required to manage and maintain it. You have better things to do with your money. We’re including website hosting with your package. This will include unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, unlimited email addresses and weekly back-up services. In addition, if there are any problems with your website at the host level, we will be immediately notified and we will work directly with the hosting company to resolve it ASAP.
Many hosting companies that offer this type of package charge an additional monthly rate to unlock their bandwidth, storage and email address limitations. You are not going to find any hidden fees with us.
On-site Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services are used to promote a website on the Internet via search portals like Google, Bing and Yahoo. When a visitor types a search word or phrase into the search engine, a list of results will appear. Some of these are paid placements, also known as PPC, while others will be natural rankings that the search provider feels is a “best match” for the keyword or keyword phrase. The goal behind Search Engine Optimization is to make your website appear on the first page and as close to the top as possible.
FACT – Over 85% of all users will not search past the first page of a search result. Of those that do visit the 2nd page of search results, 98% will not visit the 3rd page. This means that if you are not on the first page, you are not really there.
Included with every Affordable Website, we are performing the initial onsite search engine optimization (SEO). This is the starting blocks for any SEO strategy. There is a lot more that goes in to a successful SEO strategy including your competitors SEO strategy. SEO Submissions
Once your website is built and live, we will submit it to the search engines (Google, Bing and Yahoo). This will promote a quicker indexing of your website in their database and is especially useful for new websites that do not yet have a history on the Internet.
Local Placements Integration
Local placements such as Google Places, Yahoo Local and YELP are a great way to let customers know you are out there. These types of placements will allow you to list your address, phone number, directions, specials / promos, office hours, reviews and so much more. Getting your business listed is easier than ever and allows you to reach your local customers when they are ready to buy. Often times, Local Listings will be listed above natural search results and are becoming more integrated into mobile web platforms. We don’t want you to miss out on free, highly-targeted traffic for your business from customers that are ready to buy.
If you already have Local Placements for your business, we will take a look and make any recommendations as necessary.
Analytics and Reporting
We will be utilizing Google Analytics to provide your analytics and reporting interface. We will setup your account if you do not already have one. If you do already have an account, we will request access to it so that we can configure it to use your new website.
Tracking a website's analytics account is vital to the success of any online business. Using these advanced reporting features, we can determine metrics such as historical trends, buying patterns and visitor behavior. We can then use this data to enhance your web sites products / services, suggest new products / services and tweak landing pages / conversion pages to increase page specific or site-wide ROI Goals.
Now, we will be accessing your analytics from time to time to see if there are any missed opportunities for your business or if we can make any recommendations based on what we are seeing. However, they are your analytics and we encourage you to get to know them very well. In fact, we have an entire section on understanding and working with analytics in our Members Only section.
