Can I use my own web host or transfer the website to my own host?

Great question and the simple answer is no. Your next question is probably why. The reason is that we are designing and building a website for you that we would normally charge 3 to 5 thousand dollars for. You are getting it for $500 plus $100 / month, which includes hosting and a bunch of other bells and whistles.  This isn’t a template website. We are creating a fully customized website design specifically for you.

What happens if I cancel my service after my website is live?

The same thing that happens if you don’t pay your phone bill or hosting bill. Your website will go down and not be accessible. If however, your credit card merely declines, we will send out a notice to you with a 1 week grace period. If, after that week, we have not been able to bill your account, the site will be suspended.  If this occurs, we will reactivate your website once we have received payment.

What if I don’t like the website you build?

We find that hard to believe. Just kidding… We offer a detailed Review Process. Use that space and go page by page detailing exactly what it is you don’t like. We can’t fix it if we don’t know what you dislike about it.

What if I want more changes after the Revision Process?

We are giving you 2 revisions and we REALLY encourage you to be as detailed as possible during the review of your website.  We cannot allow unlimited revisions at this price point. If you want to have a more hands on approach and unlimited revisions, we suggest you contact us for web development.

What if I still don’t like the website after the Revision Process?

Now we really find that hard to believe. If you utilized your review process and detailed exactly what you didn’t like about the website, those changes would have been made to the letter. We want you to be a happy client. We want you to be proud of your website.  But, if you still don’t like it, contact us so we can get on the phone with you and go over exactly what it is you don’t like and we can make a determination from there.

Are there any contracts or minimum length agreements?

We are proud to say no contracts and no minimum length agreements.  Once you submit your website details, you will be charged the $500 customization and integration fee. This one time charge is non-refundable. Once we have completed your website and uploaded it to its new home on our hosting server, we will bill your payment method $100 for the first month of service. After that, you can cancel anytime you want but we are very confident you won’t. We’re just offering too good of a deal.

I heard I could get my website for free, is that true?

Yes. That’s our referral program and it works like this; for every customer you refer to our service which turns into a new client website, we will give you $100 credit towards your account. So, let’s say you refer 6 new client websites this month; you will then have a $600 credit on your account and will not be charged for 6 months!!!  Alternatively, you could get $100 cash for every new client website you refer.

What if I want to change the look and feel of my website after a year or two?

This is a great question. Website technology is evolving all the time and we are always using the latest innovations, techniques and tools in our website designs. We don’t want your website to get outdated either. We haven’t worked out the details yet but we are thinking along the lines of a “trade-in” system which will allow you to trade-in your existing website for a new one at either no cost or an extremely discounted rate. Again, we are still working out the details and we will let you know when we do.

I have multiple websites I want to have built. Can I get a discount?

I don’t really know how to use a website to promote my business but I know I need to. Can you help?

I referred someone to your service but I didn't get credit for the referral.

During the sign-up process, your referral is responsible for inputing your name, email or phone number into the "I was referred by..." field. If they left it blank, you would not get credit for the referral.

Can I put myself as my own referrer and get a $100 discount?

You could try but I don't think that is going to work. But hey, maybe we won't notice. We're sure you can be more clever than that.
